Villa Fina

Villa Fina is a house to enjoy in. It is located on the bank of the Danube, in the town of Čerević, 20 km away from Novi Sad, on the very edge of the Fruška Gora National Park. The villa has a 10-seat courtyard parking. A raft is available on the coast, so the Danube can be enjoyed from exceptional views, to fishing to a speedboat ride. In the summertime, water sports should not be missed, such as skiing and towing in a tire or on a "shark". The space The accommodation capacity includes a house with a ground floor and upstairs, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms (4-four) are located upstairs with 3 full bathrooms. The infiniti pool of 32 m2 gives the feeling that you are bathing in a far larger body of water due to the blending in the mirror of the Danube. A shower is provided as well as a toilet right next to the pool. In the backyard, next to the automatic swing, an open kitchen with a gas grill and charcoal, can be enjoyed both by the fire pit but also a wood fired Hot tub. Villa Fina is equipped with a professional sound system and all karaoke equipment, as well as an ambient sound system in the backyard. In the neighbor you can order quality food, salty and sweet catering, barbecue and of course there is homemade fine wine. In Cèrevica there are several well-stocked markets as well as a health center. Other things to note 1. Be sure to emphasize if you want to invite your guests (friends, relatives, neighbors, musicians, filmmakers, photographers,waiters, and any other persons SEM delivery person) as more guests using Villa Fina during the day or overnight stay are charged extra. 2. Celebrations allowed until 22h. After 22h loud music and noise outside is not acceptable. 3. Active adult supervision is essential and necessary during the stay of minors in Villa Fina ( house, swimming pool, raft, yard) 4. There is an extra charge to use the Hot Tube, please tell us the use of it. The Hot Tube can be used between October and April of the month. 5. There is an additional charge for speed boat ride. It is necessary to announce and arrange a speed boat ride. The speedboat is operated by a certified person.
