It is 2 minutes’ walk to the canal, offering a leisurely outing or a pleasant shortcut to the station and local amenities. University of Birmingham, QE Hospital, ROHospital, Birmingham Hospice, Mondelez/ Cadbury’s are all on the doorstep, along with Selly Oak Shopping Centre, supermarkets, restaurants and takeaways. Bus stops are at the end of the road and it is an 8 minute ( flat) walk to Selly Oak train station, which offers a frequent 10 minute service to New Street and the city centre. Bike/ e-scooter hire available at the end of the road. There is an allocated parking space and a lockable bike store. The living area has a double futon. The bedroom has a single bed and a trundle bed( twin/ double) . There is a single futon ( single bed) in the bedroom, which can be moved into the living area if preferred. Travel cot available.
