Located just outside historic Mudgeeraba Village in the Gold Coast Hinterland with surf beaches, rainforest walks and theme parks all a short drive away. The space The rental is a self contained unit attached to the main house. The unit is on a single level, no stairs into the unit, however there are stairs off the back deck. There is ramp from the parking space to the flat. This parking area, for a single vehicle, is located on the property, directly in front of the unit and is accessed off a circular driveway. The unit contains a kitchen equipped with cooking essentials adjacent to a lounge room and dining room with airconditioning. There is also a seperate airconditioned bedroom with a queen bed and built in wardrobe. The seperate bathroom has a large shower with hand rails, vanity and toilet. Guests have access to the inground salt water swimming pool. A washing machine is provided. Guest access Guests have a seperate entry with private front and rear patio with views of the gardens and bushland. Guests also have access to the pool (in season). Please note that the pool is a shared area. Other things to note Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on site. No children please. Public tansport is not readily available so your own transport will be necessary.
