Located on the third floor, the large balcony offers a splendid view of Piazza Regina Margherita. In a few steps you can reach the ski lifts and all the main services and attractions of the town. Right under the house, you will find a pizzeria/restaurant, perfect for enjoying typical dishes after a day outdoors. The space The apartment sleeps 3. It is spread over a single level and consists of a large entrance with a single sofa bed from which you can access the living room/bedroom with a double sofa bed and a dining table, a kitchen equipped with a small folding table, and a bathroom with a shower and bidet. There is also a balcony directly overlooking Piazza Regina Margherita, equipped with a coffee table and chairs. Guest access The apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator. There are a few steps at the entrance of the condominium, necessary to access the elevator. The apartment, being in the center, is in the ZTL (limited traffic zone). The nearest parking lot for loading/unloading (30-minute parking disc) is less than 100 meters from the entrance to the building. Other things to note The ski facilities of the Monterosa Ski area are 300 meters from the apartment and are within walking distance. The price does not include the accommodation tax of €2.50 per person per night (excluding children under 10 years of age and people with disabilities).
