Swan Lake View is a luxurious lodge, Includes open plan, living, kitchen and dining area, all beautifully decorated with modern designs. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you would need for a self catered stay. The lodge offers 1 master suite with full size bathroom & two single bedrooms plenty of storage space and Smart TVs fitted to the walls. The lodge includes a private sunken hot tub, wrap around decking. Part of Marine Holiday Park The space Swan Lake View is a luxurious 3-bedroom lodge (sleeps 8) it boasts a centre lounge entrance. This huge holiday home is 42x20ft, giving your family plenty of room to relax and unwind. The Lodge welcomes you with an open plan, living, kitchen and dining area, all beautifully decorated with modern designs. The living room has large comfortable sofas for you to sit back and relax whilst watching the 50" Smart TV cinema system! The kitchen is equipped with everything that you would need including integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. To the left of the lodge are the two single bedrooms with large single beds plenty of storage space and Smart TVs fitted to the wall in each room. There is also a large family bathroom with shower. To the right of the Lodge is the master suite, the extra-large bed to ensure that you have a wonderful night’s sleep. There is also a large flat screen Smart TV fitted to the wall. The master suite also has its own private full-size bathroom with bath. The lodge also has a private sunken hot tub, wrap around decking. Added extras include free Wi-Fi, towels, welcome pack and early check in available from 1pm. Private parking for one car is included, extra parking is available throughout the park charges apply. Located close to the centre of famous Rhyl, with its 3 miles of golden sandy beaches and exciting attractions, we offer a perfect base to explore all that North Wales has to offer. The park itself hosts a great range of facilities including a superb tropical indoor heated pool ’Shipwreck Bay’. There is also Mermaid Café, Smugglers Cove’ Sports Bar and Mariners Club Entertainment Bar both of which offer welcoming spaces for the whole family to enjoy. We also offer live entertainment from top-class acts in our Mariners Club, where you can join in the fun or simply relax and enjoy the atmosphere! There really is something for everyone! Our amusements arcade, toddler’s outdoor play area, adventure playgrounds and dedicated kids club offer plenty to do for all ages. ’The Shack’ is an entirely outdoor facility allowing your family to enjoy the fresh sea air during your time with us. The Shack comprises a burger bar (Burger Bay), ice cream parlour (Ice Cream Port) and outdoor bar (Buccaneer Bar). There are also several outdoor heated beach huts so families can relax whilst enjoying a meal, drink, or simply to watch the children playing. There are also plenty of picnic benches available in this area, so you won’t be short on somewhere to sit and enjoy a burger and ice cream! We have an outdoor stage area so live music can be played and enjoyed by all the family. We have three outdoor play areas on-site, one of which is our Shipwrecked Adventure Playground! This is in the same location as “The Shack” area. Treasure island, which is focused on toddler age groups, we also have the ’Pirates Cove’ playground which has been placed at the other end of the park so that no matter where you are on the site there will be something to keep kids both big and small entertained. Other things to note Upon your arrival you will be required to make a Pre-Authorisation payment which will amount to £250.00. Your card will not be debited provided you leave your accommodation in the same condition you received it. The amount taken as a Pre authorisation transaction during your check in process as stated in our correspondence, is released back to your bank account in which the card was used after 24 hours (not inc bank holidays) of departure date, pending no damage has been caused during your stay. Please note different bank providers hold various periods of retainment before funds are cleared back into the account in which pre authorisation transaction was used. We ask all clients to firstly contact their bank directly and request the banks own holding period as stated under their own terms and conditions.
