If you are a group of friends or a large family and are planning your visit to Rome for the Jubilee or you have lazio as a destination, choose La Casa di Anna: a spacious and comfortable solution, 100 meters from the Zagarolo train station that allows you to reach Roma Termini in just 25 minutes, we are also close to Tivoli, Villa Adriana and also the Magicland playground. Our outdoor space will conquer you for the cool summer temperature away from the heat and chaos of the city. The space The accommodation consists of a living room with an open equipped kitchen, a large sofa, a 55-inch smart TV and an extendable table that allows you to be comfortable for up to 8 people. There are 3 bedrooms, one of which is a double, a triple with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms, one larger with a shower, the other with a washer/dryer Outside there is a reserved and a pertinent parking space (both free) and a large 50 sqm porch with a large Tek table, surrounded by curtains and a manicured garden for maximum privacy and tranquility. There is an option to have a camping cot for children and high chair upon request. The Kitchen is super equipped, you have everything you need for lunches, dinners, and breakfast. We have all the new appliances, oven, induction hob (for added security) , Fridge with freezer, Micronde oven, Italian waffle machine x coffee, Machine x American Coffee, Kettle x herbal teas and Tostapane. Hair dryer are available in the Bathrooms, and Washer/Dryer, also available Vertical Iron. The accommodation is 100 meters from the Zagarolo train station, near the station you will also find 1 Tabacchi Bar, a newsstand, a diner restaurant, a Conad supermarket, a multistore and a pharmacy. Guest access Guests can use all the spaces in the house, the porch adjacent to the accommodation and 2 parking spaces, one close to the accommodation and one a few meters away Other things to note The air conditioning is not present as it is not necessary because the rooms have a great insulation that maintains a cool and optimal temperature.
