Villa Terwaluoto is a private seaside villa in Hailuoto. With a sandy beach, traditional Finnish sauna, and outdoor hot tub, it offers peace and relaxation year-round. Stylish interiors, full amenities, and sea views create the perfect setting for holidays, creative work, meetings, or retreats. Max 10 guests (8+2), no parties or pets. Must be over 21 to book. Other things to note Villa Terwaluoto is ideal for guests who value peace and nature – this is not a party location. The ferry from Oulunsalo runs reliably, but allow extra time during the summer season. All spaces are available, except for one storage room. EV charging is not allowed. The hot tub (extra fee) can be used as long as temperatures stay above -20 °C. The sauna uses traditional carry-in water – part of the authentic experience.
