The cell phone tower is Verizon. Water levels are high in the Spring & will affect beach width. The space This is a small cabin. Four people would be the absolute maximum. One BR has a full bed. The other has two twins. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Near hiking trails, gateway to the Adirondacks. Small bathroom with just a sink, toilet, and shower. Guest access Guests would drive down a very short gravel driveway to get to a small parking lot. Other things to note There are only 2 moors available for renters. The first 2 renters that ask get the moors. Wood for the outdoor fireplace is provided. No pets. Four people maximum. Early in season the water levels may be high and affect the amount of sandy beach. Beautiful lawn overlooking beach.
