When we are on vacation, we want to get out of our daily routine and be able to see other places. My house is inserted in a rural space with several places of interest such as the PINCHO waterfall, THE MONASTERY OF S. JOÃO D'ARGA and the mountains, here you will find the peace you need with all the amenities, and if you want to get to know the area, there are several cities and towns nearby. The space A large garden with an excellent 5/10m swimming pool for good dives. An organic vegetable garden that guests can use for meals. House with 3 bedrooms, one of them being an en-suite. Two bathrooms. Large living room with heat recovery, LCD TV, Wi-Fi... Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster... We have a WASHING MACHINE that you can use when you need it upon request, as it is installed in the garage. When we travel to the house to clean the pool, garden, etc., we can arrange access to the machine at no cost. Guest access All indoor and outdoor space is for the exclusive use of guests so they can spend a quiet vacation. Garage access is not included, although upon request, access to the washing machine will be provided. Other things to note The village of Montaria still preserves many customs that no longer exist in other places, hence the pleasure of still being able to find cattle on the road and other things that tourists will like. As a rural village, it has only two small markets for small purchases, but a short trip to the nearest towns/city (Viana do Castelo, Vila Praia de Âncora or Ponte de Lima) will take you to large markets where you can make the necessary purchases.
