The space This is a newly renovated adobe in the beautiful enclave of Kayenta surrounded by protected land in Ivins, Utah. Kitchen has high-end appliances including Wolf (induction stovetop/oven), Miele D/W, marble countertops, and stunning views of the surrounding canyon. Property has a two car garage, laundry (washer/dryer), 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, 1 powder room, large open concept great room with kitchen, dining room, and living room flowing nicely together with raised ceilings in the living area. Master bedroom has privacy with a luxurious bathroom and walk-in closet on its own end of the house. Two guest bedrooms are located down a separate hallway with a shared bathroom and deep soaking tub. House is fully electric with fireplaces in living room and master bedroom, A/C, forced air heater, and reverse osmosis water filtration system in the kitchen. There is an outdoor dining area with table and lounge chairs off the kitchen. The views from every room in the house are magical! Please note property is on septic so nothing except toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet. Guests have access to the Kayenta pools and tennis court. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. Other things to note Our property is in a quiet residential community with lovely neighbors. Please be respectful and keep noise to a minimum. Hosting parties or other events or functions at our property is not allowed. There are certain rules required to be followed by the community HOA detailed under “House Rules.”
