Villa Nadsuree is a modern style pool villa, classy, quiet, private. -The swimming pool in the villa will be cleaned every 2 times a week (included in the price) Located just 1 minute walk from Makro Ao-Nang. Only 3 minutes from the beach by motorcycle. The space Villa Nadsuree is a villa that can accommodate up to 8 people. Villa Nadsuree offers three bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet for each. Two bedrooms with "King Size" bed and one bedroom with two "Queen size" beds. Two of the rooms communicate with each other via a double-door airlock. All rooms are equipped with television as well as the living room. A living room, a dining room and an open kitchen with a central island that allows a certain conviviality. The kitchen is equipped with a pulsed air oven, a microwave, an induction hob (2 burners), a gas stove (2 burners), and a refrigerator. The water from the villa passes through a softener. To cool off from the tropical heat and share a good time with friends or family, a private swimming pool and jacuzzi are at your disposal. Check-in & Check-out: • Check-in: After 3 PM • Check-out: By 11 AM • On the day of check-in, guests must pay a security deposit of 3,000 baht along with their ID card. On the day of check-out, if there is no damage, guests will receive a full refund. If you need flexibility, please let us know in advance. 2. Occupancy: The villa accommodates up to 8 guests. Please do not exceed this limit. 3. Quiet Hours: Quiet time is from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect our neighbors and ensure a peaceful environment. Pool Rules 1. Swim Safely: • No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. 2. Proper Attire: Swimwear is required while using the pool. 3. Keep It Clean: • Please remove any pool toys, towels, or floats after use. • Do not use pool towels for other purposes. 4. Furniture Care: Avoid sitting on indoor furniture with wet swimwear or towels. 5. Trash Disposal: Please use the bins provided and separate recyclables. Safety First 1. Lock Up: Secure all doors and windows when leaving the villa or at night. Respect the Space 1. No Parties or Events: Unauthorized gatherings are not permitted. 2. Damages: If anything breaks, please let us know immediately so we can address it promptly. Thank you for treating our home with care. Guests must be fully responsible for accidents and subsequent consequences. -Please keep all valuables in the safe provided. The property owner is not responsible for loss or theft. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa, we will charge 3000 Baht per room for air purifier. -Please do not throw items into the toilet bowl that may clog drainage, such as condoms, sanitary napkins, waste paper. -The swimming pool will be clean every Wednesday and Saturday between 08.00-10.00 - Before leaving the accommodation turn off electric appliances such as air con and lights. -The cost of damages done to the property or parts of the property or equipment inside the property are measured by the cost of restoring it to its previous condition. - Do not feed cats or other animals. - When in or out, close the gate of property especially at night time. - No food or drink allowed in bedroom. - Please take care of the furnishings. - Dirty or damage will be charge. - No unregistered people allowed. - No shoes allowed in house. - No Party or event allowed. - No Pet allowed. - Turn off the water tap before leaving to avoid the water pump running all the time.   - Please use the cutting board and do not cut directly on the counter top. - Please report the damage immediately. - Damage or missing items will be reported to Agency and bill to guest.
