The space What you'll love: * An intimate and inviting space: Separate bedroom, decorated in natural tones, with a double bed; * Possibility to accommodate additional people on the sofa bed in the living room (1 person -or 2 very tight). * A private terrace: Close to the city center, enjoy a private courtyard in a quiet setting and almost without vis-à-vis. The main room (living room/kitchen) overlooks the courtyard with a glass window. Ideal for an alfresco breakfast, an aperitif at sunset or remote work in the afternoon. * A small cozy bathroom: Terracotta style, equipped with all the essentials (towels, hygiene products, hairdryer). * Living room with equipped and convenient kitchen: Oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle... Ideal for your short or extended stays. Wifi with fiber optics. * Laundry room available: Washer/dryer machine for added convenience. All in a quiet environment, with free parking on and around the street and only 10 minutes from downtown by car, 20 minutes by bus.
