The perfect California base The space About the house: This is a recently remodeled one-bedroom guest house. It is behind the detached garage in the back corner of our lot if it overlooks the backyard pool. The pool is covered when not used and is not accessible without entry through a safety gate. Please note the pool is not available to guests. For additional safety measures, we do not allow any animals or children. Bedroom: The bedroom has a Tempurpedic queen bed. We added blackout shades to ensure our travelers get extra sleep if desired. The bathroom is located in the bedroom. Bathroom: Located in the bedroom, it has a walk-in shower with a bench Living room: A couch, TV, a writer's desk, a loveseat, and two coffee tables. The sofa pulls out into a queen bed. Kitchen: The kitchen has an oven and stovetop, a fridge/freezer, a conventional toaster oven, a microwave, a French press coffee maker, a hot water kettle, a Nespresso maker, cutlery, and plates. The whole house is on a water purification system. Unit Front Porch: Features a double chaise lounge for relaxing, reading, or enjoying California sunshine. Other: The unit AC/Heat and the remote can be found under the TV. The unit has WiFi. We provide a street parking pass for one vehicle. We only allow the guest who made the booking. If a need for visitors arises, this must be disclosed to comply with local home-sharing laws. Guest access This is an entire guest house. It is ~500sq ft, with entry and exits through a shared gated driveway. You will park on the street, enter the gate, walk down the driveway, and go to the right of the garage. You will find another entrance to separate the pool and pool house from the driveway. The unit is to the left located off the patio overlooking the pool. There are motion lights if you arrive at night. Other things to note We will provide a free street daily parking pass for one car. We are close to mass transport via the train or city bikes.
