Located on the heart of the Erode, you can escape the hustle of city life and unwind in the serenity of nature. Imagine spotting peacocks, feeling the cool evening breeze and soaking in stunning views of the nature. Here, you’ll disconnect from the fast-paced world and you’ll experience true tranquility and create memories. This is a newly built farmhouse with total area of 4500 Sq. ft located in a peaceful locality Vendipalayam close to Solar (2kms), Thindal (8kms), Perundurai (23kms), Erode Railway station (3 Kms) and Erode Bus stand (4 Kms). The property features two rooms: 1 Air conditioned huge Living area with a TV unit with dining space and a Air conditioned bedroom with secure wardrobes. We have a Divan in the Hall, 2 foldable carts and a king size cot with mattress in Bedroom with power backup up to 10 hours, which can easily accommodate up to 5 people. The outdoor area of the house is designed based on the Nalukettu veedu covers around 1700 Sq. Ft which reflects an intrinsic bond with nature and our aspect is thought out carefully to maintain comfort and beauty. We have a small natural canal right beside the house to refresh your inner child. We have provisioned a Kids play area and a outdoor Camp fire area. The Farm has a "Kinaru" with safety features for swimming and is cultivated with a lush green coconut and Banana trees where guests can take leisurely walks in and around the farm. Guest access Guests can have access to the entire property and Farm. Other things to note Additional Features: 1. Authentic "Kongu" style food will be provided on prior notice at a affordable cost. 2. BBQ: Barbecue related utensils and charcoal can be arranged on additional cost of 500 Rs per night. 3. Fresh pure milk can be delivered to your doorstep for an additional charge of 60 Rs per liter with prior notice. 4. Pick up/ Drop will be provided with in 5 km Radius. 5. Swiggy, Instamart & Zomato delivery available. 6. Nearby Grocery shop/ Restaurants are 5 mins away. 7. Access to Campfire will be provided at a additional cost of Rs.500. 8. Access to Farm well 'Kinaru' will be permitted only for guests who knows swimming. Safety features will be provided. 9. Nearest attraction is Vendipalayam barrage <2 Kms>.
