A cozy house with a fireplace

The house is 6 km from Toksovo. The house has dishes, microwave, gas stove, fridge. In another house, where the owners live, there is a sauna and a swimming pool (extra charge 4 thousand rubles/3h/8 people). There is a barbecue, a fish grill and skewers. Bed linen, towels, slippers, garbage, firewood are NOT included in the price and are 300 rubles/set of linen, 100 rubles/towel, 300 rubles garbage, 300 rubles firewood - on request. Increase of guests up to 11 people, 500 rubles/person/day. Transfer 300 rubles one way. Deposit 3 thousand. The space Guests have access to the entire place. Guest access Guests will have full privacy in the whole house. There are two more houses on the 35-acre plot - the owner's house, which has a bath complex and another guest house. The plot is multi-level, the guest areas of the guest houses are located in different parts of the plot and do not come into contact with each other. Each house has its own individual territory. There is free parking for three cars, other cars are parked for 200 rubles/day, the first hour is free. Please do not make noise outside after 10pm and before 10am. There are no noise restrictions inside the house. We do not accept guests with pets of any size. No sparklers, streamers, confetti in the house. All garlands, balloons and other decorations must be removed before check-out. Violation of these conditions gives the right to charge for additional cleaning in the amount of 5 thousand rubles. Other things to note Mega Parnas is 25 km away. Toksovo is 6 km away. Within a walking distance there is a very beautiful lake - Suveyarvi. The nearest store is 200 meters away.
