We don't provide detergent. Air Mattress and Extra linens are only provided when booking is for more than 11 guests. There is a couch that can sleep 1. One air mattress can be provided to sleep and extra 2 guests. IDs of the individuals booking will be needed as per-policy Pet fee - $125 is per pet and a second pet is charged extra $125 . You are required to send a photo of your pet as well as vet records. Only small pets are allowed under 50lbs. There is construction going on around the house as the builder is trying to finish all the houses. Do expect there to be dust outside, sometimes the builder will be doing the houses around our new house.
