Built in 1760, this farmhouse is completely decorated by us with antique furniture. Perfect for holidays with friends, cooking, badminton, trampoline and dinner by the fire. 10 min from the spa pool of Cloyes les 3 rivières and 15 min from the Château de Chateaudun and the Foulon caves. The space The house is made to accommodate a maximum of 10 guests, 4 double bedrooms, so 1 on the ground floor, with its own bathroom and 1 sofa bed upstairs in the mezzanine, a kitchen overlooking the living-dining room. 2 toilets, 1 on each level, 1 bathroom upstairs and two on the ground floor.
