The space The indoor area consists of three spacious bedrooms, 2 of which have a double and single bed and 1 bedroom has only a double bed. A full kitchen with utensils, a living room with a set of sofas and a cozy bathroom. The outdoor area includes the best of this house/ranch, as it has a sensational gourmet area, with a rustic table, heated pool, pool table, LED lighting on the counter and pool, 2 new and very well equipped outdoor bathrooms, including a shower. The outdoor area also has an excellent shower and a very charming chalet. Garage with capacity for 3 small cars. (Notes: The trampoline that appears in some photos is not part of the property and can be rented separately / The pool is heated by solar heating, so the weather needs to be good and sunny for the pool to remain heated.
