Newly remodeled ground floor condo located near Mobile Bay, a boat launch, and the Waterfront Restaurant with a short drive to I-10, downtown Daphne & the Tennis/Pickleball Complex. It is also 12 min to downtown Fairhope. Whether traveling for business or pleasure, it has all you need with easy access to great restaurants, recreation, groceries, business services, etc. While we cannot accommodate pets, the sleeper sofa is comfy for 2 avg size persons. Strict NO SMOKING policy including weed. Guest access Guests have the entire unit and an also enjoy outdoor pool (not heated), picnic tables around the complex plus an expansive, beautuful bluff area at the back of the complex overlooking the bay. This is an amazing place to enjoy Sunsets. To access the bluff, follow Yacht Club Drive past the entrance to the complex and turn left at the big "Seacliff North" sign. Park near the back of the complex closest to the bay and walk around the units to access the Bluff. If you follow Yacht Club Drive all the way to the bay, you will see the community boat launch & Waterfront Restaurant, which offers delicious food in a family friendly environment at an affordable price. They also offer live entertainment on certain nights of the week. Other things to note When using the combo washer dryer, keep load small - 1/2 to 2/3 full is best so items dry well. Not ideal for sheets and towels, so we wash those offsite.
