The accommodation is very recently renovated, has an exclusive bathroom and patio; it is equipped with controlled mechanical ventilation (VMC) with integrated dehumidifier. Complimentary WiFi Casa Rossy consists of a single large room with 2 single beds and a sofa bed that sleeps one adult or two children; large private bathroom, well equipped, with shower, hairdryer, towel rail and much more. In the private patio there is a bicycle rack, table and chairs for the exclusive use of guests. The room is separated from the rest of the house by a service door that is always locked during the guests' stay, to ensure maximum privacy. A courtesy set (towel kit) awaits each guest. An electric kettle with an assortment of tea or coffee and other small accessories are provided in the room, free of charge. From this year, available to guests: a table for 4 people (foldable) and 3 stools with backs, positioned inside the room.
