family-friendly place. Our little 2 bed cottage is home from home. it has everything you need for a perfect stay. it's close to all amenities with lots to do in the area. Snowdon( 30 mins), Llandudno( 35 mins)Zip world (10 min) plus caves, mining experiences, forest walks, water falls, mountain biking, kayaking and much more.. There is secure lock up for bikes and kayaks. A Well behaved dog welcome. please keep off the furniture and don't allow upstairs. No smoking or vaping The space Downstairs living room/ dining/ kitchen open plan with log burner, dish washer, Ninja slow cooker, George format grill as well has oven and hob. Sofa bed in Living room. Bathroom with overhead shower. Utility room with freezer and washing machine with front door. Back door to outside decking and secure garden area. Upstairs landing to 1 double bedroom at front of house. 1 twin room at rear of house. Outside BBQ patio area and borders Decking area attached to house. Small garden at front of property. On-street parking for 1 vehicle. extra parking spaces in the Village. Secure lock up under house for bikes, kayaks etc. Guest access Guests have full access to property.
