In a private condominium with an automatic gate, it offers security, tranquility and various amenities for your stay. Important: The house is NOT on the shore of the lake (350 meters away), but the condominium does have a common area facing the lake. The space This house is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, with a practical and cozy layout: Master bedroom: double bed and en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom: double bed. Third bedroom: two single beds. Fourth bedroom: a cabin with two single beds. Bathrooms: In addition to the en-suite bathroom, the house has an additional full bathroom for convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, dishes and cutlery. Everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals. It includes bedding for all guests, but does NOT include towels, so we recommend bringing your own. Outside, you'll find a large covered terrace with comfortable furniture, a barbecue grill, and a nice garden where you can relax and share special moments It is important to note that the house DOES NOT have WiFi or television. It has good phone coverage for those who want to connect to the internet with their own device or phone. Guest access Guests have full access to the property and the condominium's common areas, including: A large swimming pool with a safety fence, perfect for families with children. A dock with designated space for parking water vehicles. An exclusive boat ramp inside the condo. A clubhouse and a quincho for meetings or social activities. Access to the condo is through an automatic gate, which guarantees security and privacy throughout your stay.
