At 12 years old, she’s friendly, mellow, and loves a quiet sleep. But don’t let her age fool you—sometimes she gets a burst of puppy energy and forgets her disabilities. If she convinces you to play, please go easy on her—no fast ball throws or chasing games (she’ll beg, but trust us, it’s for her own good!). House Rules (Keep It Cozy) Australian Driver’s License or Passport required for bookings. Late or early check-in/outs must be pre-approved. Quiet hours: 11 PM–5.30 AM (let’s keep the neighbors happy!). No smoking indoors. We’ve got a comfy outdoor space for that. Maximum guests 2 per room. Sorry, no extra visitors or events. Safety & Security Lock doors when leaving. Safety first! Registered guests only—no surprises, please. we are NOT a child-proofed house, please supervise little ones at all times. Amenities & Etiquette Use household appliances responsibly—ask if unsure! Let us know about malfunctions (charges apply for damages from misuse). Keep common areas tidy and free of food mess.
