You may encounter wildlife, insects, spiders, and other outdoor elements in or around the home. If you do not enjoy the natural environment, this may not be the best fit. 🐾 Pet Policy We welcome dogs at The Distillery! • Maximum of 2 dogs • $150 non-refundable pet fee (per stay, paid at booking) • Pets must be approved before arrival • No pets on beds or furniture • Please clean up after your pets, indoors and outdoors • Any pet-related damage or excessive shedding may result in additional cleaning charges 🧼 Cleaning, Hot Tub & Outdoor Use • Please shower before entering the hot tub • Cover must remain on when not in use • Draining/service due to misuse may result in an additional fee • Glitter, confetti, or excessive mess may incur extra cleaning costs • Outdoor amenities may be affected by weather conditions 📹 Security & Safety • Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and entry areas only • No cameras inside the home • Do not tamper with security or Wi-Fi equipment 🔥 Fire Pit & Outdoor Heater • Firewood is provided for the fire pit • Use is not permitted during high-wind advisories • Outdoor heater and grill use require basic caution and following all safety instructions 🛠 Maintenance Notes • If anything isn’t functioning properly, please contact us right away — we’re happy to help • For longer stays, maintenance staff may require brief access with notice 🚗 Parking • Free parking for 5–8 vehicles • Use only designated parking areas for safety and ease of access ✔️ Final Note Please treat The Distillery with care and enjoy all the thoughtful amenities designed to make your stay unforgettable.
