The space Cozy and Modern Space Upon entering, you will be greeted by a newly renovated, cozy and modern environment that exudes charm in every corner. The spacious room is equipped with a TV that gives you access to all streaming channels, allowing you to binge-watch your favorite shows in style. For the nostalgic, a retro video game is waiting for you, ready to transport you back to the classic games (the guest just needs to take responsibility, due to the sensitivity of the equipment). And for moments of group relaxation, we have a deck of cards, dominoes and the infamous UNO, ready to create laughter and healthy competition. Comfortable Rooms The rooms are an invitation to well-deserved rest. On the second floor, we have a cozy en-suite with a double bed that will make you feel like you're in the clouds. In the other two bedrooms, both the double bed and the single bed offer peaceful and refreshing nights of sleep. Each room is also designed for practicality, with dedicated space for study or even an improvised "home office." P.S. All rooms with air-conditioning! Dream Kitchen The kitchen is a paradise for foodies and gastronomic adventurers. Equipped with quality appliances and utensils, from the oven to the Nespresso coffee maker for that energetic breakfast. We also have a natural and cold water filter! Outdoor Area and Fun The fun doesn't stop there! The outdoor area is an invitation to joy and relaxation. With space for up to 3 cars in the garage, bring the whole family and friends. The covered balcony, with a pool table, is perfect for entertainment and relaxation, while the hammock invites you to take an invigorating nap in the shade. If you want to enjoy outdoor dining, we have two dining tables, one for 8 people and one for 4, and 5 table sets and 20 extra chairs, all with guaranteed comfort. Gourmet Area and Swimming Pool The gourmet area is a highlight of its own. With a barbecue, oven and wood-burning stove, you can prepare delicious outdoor meals. The sink and countertop make food preparation easy, while the cooktop and counter add a modern and functional touch. The pool, surrounded by a deck, is the perfect place to cool off and relax. Guest access Most spaces are reserved exclusively for you, our amazing guests! You'll have full access to all indoor and outdoor areas, including the barbecue, pool table, swimming pool, and all the charm of the balcony. We want you to feel free to enjoy every bit of this getaway. Only a small corner is reserved for our personal use – a room in the back that helps us make sure your stay is as perfect as possible. But honestly, with everything else at your disposal, we're sure you'll have more space than you can imagine!!! Other things to note PET Hosting Rules: Here, four-legged friends are more than welcome!! Our house offers a comfortable and safe kennel so your pet can also make the most of this incredible experience. We have a special protocol to ensure that both you and your pet have a memorable stay. Hygiene and Comfort: To maintain a clean and sanitized environment for all our guests, we kindly ask you to bring your own linens in case of hosting with Pets. This includes bath and bed linens, as unfortunately we cannot guarantee the complete removal of pet hair, even with our laundry service. Guest Responsibility: We remind you that the responsibility for your pet rests entirely with the guest. Be sure to let us know in advance if you plan to bring your little friend. You also need to provide all the necessary materials for your pet's well-being, including food, hygiene, and safety items. Cleaning and Material Damage: Regarding cleanliness, we kindly ask that you be responsible for collecting your pet's solid and liquid waste, both internally and externally. Any material damage caused by the pet will be the responsibility of the guest, including any costs of cleaning the premises and furniture. Use of the Pool: Our pool is a great place to relax, but we ask that you follow a few rules to keep everyone safe. After applying sunscreen, we recommend waiting before entering the pool to avoid any chemical problems. It is mandatory to take a shower before entering the pool to ensure water quality. In addition, for safety reasons, we ask that you do not use glass bottles, glasses or cups in the pool area.
