An amazing large and comfortable bedroom located on the second floor of a family home just a 10-minute walk from the central park and 3 minutes from Sigcha Park (little birds). The space This listing is for a private room with a private bathroom on the second floor of the house, next to other rooms that are used for short stays, so you are likely to meet other guests. The rooms have a double bed with their respective nightstands and lamps, a tea table with chairs, a Smart TV, a work area, an armchair, a closet and a fan. No extra beds are offered. Guest access Through the main entrance, going up the stairs to the second floor where the block of rooms is located. The room shares with the other guests a living room equipped with a minibar, water dispenser and coffee supplies so you can enjoy an excellent 👌 cup of coffee in the morning. Another additional space to share is the garage, where there are 3 spaces to store your vehicle along with other guests of the stay. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed inside the house. It is not a hotel, so the rooms are not cleaned every day of your stay. There is an additional charge if you need cleaning while you are staying.
