In Rio, people do not use private cars, using the variety of public transport: subway (with a station 2 blocks from the building), tram (with a station on Avenida Beira Mar, almost in front of the building), bus (with stops on Avenidas Beira Mar, Presidente Wilson and Antônio Carlos) and mainly app taxis (Uber, 99, etc.). Guest access The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of the group of guests who made the reservation, during the reservation period. Pets are not allowed in the apartment, and parents are responsible for keeping an eye on their children. It is mandatory to respect the Law of Silence after 10 p.m. in respect of good coexistence with neighbors. The building has 3 elevators, 2 of which are social and one is a service elevator, and guests are required to respect the rules for using the elevators, especially not to use the social elevators in swimsuits or carrying bags or suitcases, and not to exceed the maximum limit of 4 people in each elevator.
