Haus Rita am Örség

Description

The 300-year-old farmhouse, built from clay, is located on a picturesque small hill in the small town of Zalalövö. There is a completely fenced large garden around the house. On the terrace you have a beautiful view of the Zala Valley. Other things to note The entrance gate can be controlled by remote control. A small playground is located right next to the house. The main road is in sight, but not so close that the noise would disturb you. In the main house, you can reach all rooms via a picturesque corridor. The middle room is the kitchen with an old bread oven. On the right and left there is a large room for living and sleeping with directly adjacent bathrooms. In the right room, next to the bathroom, there is also a small children's room with a bunk bed. All rooms in the main house have beautiful old wooden ceilings. The apartment has its own entrance, bathroom and kitchenette. Ideally suited when several generations are holidaying together. In Zalalövö there is everything you need for everyday life. Supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, restaurants, etc. are available. A trip to the hairdresser, manicure, pedicure or massage is also possible. Everything is reachable in a few minutes by car, but also on foot or by bike. In the village, there is also a swimming lake where anglers, bathers and dogs are welcome. At the lake, there is a fenced area once for the dogs and another for normal bathing. The lake has several small restaurants, a playground, fitness area and a barbecue area. In 15 minutes you can reach the heart of the Örségi National Park, which directly borders the Austrian three-country nature park "Raab" and the Slovenian nature park "Goricko". There are many ways to discover nature here. There are hiking and cycling tours and also many restaurants that invite you to stop by. The national park and the capital of Zala County are also easily accessible by train. The train station is only 3 minutes away by foot. Furthermore, a very nice bike path goes from the station to the capital Zalaegerszeg. This bike path was built on the old railway line and leads through beautiful landscapes and again and again past the train stations. In a good hour you can also visit the castle in Sümeg, there are also regular knight tournaments. The castle of Sümeg is the best-preserved castle in Hungary, and in the opinion of many people, the most beautiful. From the castle, you have a beautiful view over the surrounding landscape of the Bakony Mountains. Also in a good hour you can reach the city of Keszthely on Lake Balaton. Keszthely has a beautiful city center, a large castle with exhibitions and a natural history museum. Keszthely and Lake Balaton should definitely be visited.
