Baba and Gido(Grandma and Grandpa) are away on holidays in the Carribean, and are lending out their home sweet home. Reminiscent of fresh baked bread, borscht, perogies and cookies, you will find this home away from home a treasure. Take a walk back in time to simpler days and unwind with the comforts at gramma and grampa's. Unplug and play cribbage, dominos, or build a retro puzzle with the family. Here for business? Or need to stay connected....no worries there, we have you covered with wifi, Roku and Prime TV. The beds are cozy comfortable, with 2 rooms and sleeping accomodations for 4. One queen bed and one double bed, both with 600 thread count cotton linens, and Baba's(she insisted) best feather duvets. Soft hotel quality towels and 2 bathrooms, one shower, one bath/shower. This Airbnb is equipped with a full working kitchen, dining room, we also have Nespresso for you to enjoy so you don't have to drive out to get a great cup of joe. Don't forget to unwind away from the TV in granny's rocking chair located in the front sitting room/library. A carwash(including touchless), and full year round icecream shop is a one minute walk, including coffees, treats and a full lunch menu. Hospital is a 4 minute drive, and lets be honest, everything else is close too! Who knows maybe Baba had time to bake you a treat before she left... Other things to note Regarding the fire pit area: -seasoned logs are provided in the reusable sack behind the outdoor sectional. Fire starter, matches and paper all included. You are welcome to bring it in and put it in the corner of living room to stay dry - we are keeping the green chairs up on the deck for storage for the fire pit area. Please use and return to deck. We are trying for the "out of sight out of mind" tactic for reducing theft(so prefer them out of sight from the road). -remove and replace the iron lid on top of the fire pit accordingly - bug spray can be found under the sink in master bathroom. -Dauphin has a strick 10pm noise bylaw. No loud talking or music permitted after 10pm and before 7am. -pleass use common sense with the fire pit, do not over stack wood, and fire pit is not intended for use on windy days. Have fun!
