The space The villa is arranged on the ground floor and consists of a living room with kitchen and dining table, along with four double bedrooms, each featuring a private en-suite bathroom. Outside, the villa offers a large paved courtyard where the private swimming pool is located, as well as a built-in barbecue area perfect for outdoor dining. The villa’s location is particularly convenient. In just 5 minutes by car, guests can easily reach the center of Gallipoli, with its charming historic center, characteristic alleys, and lively selection of restaurants and bars, as well as the beautiful beaches, including the famous Baia Verde and Lido San Giovanni. Other things to note SERVICES NOT INCLUDED: * Bed linen and towels The first supply is optional and available at an additional cost of €15 per person (one-time fee). If needed, please inform the property before arrival. * Linen change Available upon request at an additional cost of €15 per person. * Tourist tax To be paid at check-in: €1.00 per person per night, from June 15th to September 15th, for guests over 16 years old. The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price. * Pets Pets are welcome in our villa and require an additional fee. It is mandatory to notify the property of their presence at the time of booking. Pets not communicated in advance may not be accepted or may result in an additional payment request on site. * Electric vehicle charging It is strictly forbidden to charge electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles using the sockets of the house or common areas, as they are not designed for this purpose. Included utilities refer exclusively to the normal use of the accommodation.
