Villas del Faro Apartment Complex

This place is located in the charming and quiet beach resort neighborhood of Villas del Faro in Maunabo, Puerto Rico. The community is gated with 24/7 security. The apartment has three bedrooms (one king bed, one full bed and two twin beds), two bathrooms (one bathroom in the mater room and one bathroom in the hallway). The space allows up to six people, it has air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room for a comfortable environment. The space The apartment has a living room, kitchen, dining room and two balconies. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave oven and conventional oven, and also contains the basic utensils to prepare meals and tableware for six people. It also includes a laundry area, equipped with a washing machine and dryer for cleaning clothes, sheets and towels (if necessary). Detergent provided for five batches. Guest access As we have 24/7 on-site security, a registration form will need to be completed to gain entry. The form will be provided after booking and before you stay. The form requires a list of all guest who will be staying. We must submit this form to security al least 48 hours before you stay. No visitors will be allowed except those who have pre-registered, so please list everyone. As a guest of Villas del Faro, you will also have access to a basketball (half court), tennis court and the main pool which is located next to the entrance. Please note that specific rules and regulations apply to swimming pools and sport courts, and it is important to follow them for the safety and enjoyment of all guests. These rules are normally displayed in the pool and sports area for your information.
