This beautifully renovated annexe, nestled within the tranquil lanes of Lymington is just a short stroll to the sea and world famous saltmarshes, close to the picturesque New Forest National Park. Tucked away in a peaceful setting within an acre of wooded gardens surrounding the host's home, our annexe offers the perfect retreat for couples, families, or friends. Escape the noise of daily life and immerse yourself in the beauty of everything the New Forest has to offer. The space A private, fenced gravel courtyard garden leads via steps to a comfortable and spacious, open-plan living/dining and kitchen area with smart tv and lots of storage. Staircase to landing and large bathroom with walk in shower, two bedrooms, one with king size bed and built in wardrobe, one with workspace and two low single beds which can be connected to create a low double bed. Guest access Guests have sole use of the whole property and are welcome to exercise pets on the adjacent front garden. Other things to note The second bedroom has sloping ceilings in part so there is limited headroom in this area. The two beds in this room are 90 x 120 cm (they can be connected to form a small double) and are low to the floor with limited mattress depth. The annexe has relaxed seating for 3 people - a two seater sofa and single armchair in the living space with a further 4 chairs in the dining area. Towels (except outdoor bathing towels) are provided.
