Sleeping up to 20 guests, it features an enormous dining room, a games room, and a dark, moody lounge full of character - perfect for winding down after a celebration. Step outside to enjoy your own private hot tub and large garden, ideal for a BBQ or special moments. Located near Bath and Bristol, the estate includes two fully private homes, which can be booked together to host up to 38 guests. The space The ground floor of Leonora House offers a beautifully social layout, ideal for group stays. The kitchen opens into an enormous dining area, which flows seamlessly into a games room with views over the garden. French doors lead from the dining area to a patio terrace, which steps down into the private garden and hot tub - a perfect spot for celebrations or relaxing outdoors. Also on this level is a characterful lounge ideal for unwinding in comfort. All bedrooms are located upstairs, accessed via a two-story staircase: • Bedroom 1: 1 king & 2 singles (en-suite) • Bedroom 2: 6 singles (en-suite) • Bedroom 3: 3 singles (en-suite) • Bedroom 4: 1 king & 1 single • Bedroom 5: 1 double & 2 singles A large shared bathroom serves Bedrooms 4 and 5. Please be aware the bedrooms are accessed via a two-storey staircase, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility or access needs. There are no shared facilities, and both houses are fully self-contained to ensure your privacy and comfort. The estate is popular with groups celebrating special occasions, so while your space is entirely your own, you may occasionally hear the sound of other guests enjoying their stay next door.
