We rent our renovated attic apartment (2 floors) on outskirts of Stadtroda in a very quiet location. Access to the apartment is via a separate staircase. On the 2nd floor there are the following rooms: Living area Kitchen Bathroom with shower (from July 2019 also with washing machine) Bedroom with double bed (1.80 m) Children's room with double bed (1.40 m) In the attic there is another room with a double bed (1.60 m) Access to this room is via a steep staircase. The space The apartment is located right on the outskirts of Stadtroda. Almost all around is nature. No smoking inside the entire apartment. Smoking is also not permitted with open windows/skylights. However, smoking is allowed on the doorstep. Guest access The entire apartment is available. Other things to note There are shops in the city. A bakery, fruit shop and butcher can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Supermarket is within 5 minutes' reach by car on the outskirts of town. The outdoor swimming pool is about 15 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by car. The train station is about 30 minutes' walking distance. Note: Stadtroda does not have a tram connection to Jena. However, bus and train connections are available. The next largest city 15 km away is the university town of Jena. This can be reached in about 10 minutes by car (city center about 20 minutes). The cultural city of Weimar can be reached via the A4 in about 35 minutes (50 km).
