Lovingly restored, you can expect all that for which there is simply no time in hectic everyday life on over 400 m² of living space and 3 hectares of land... The space From the guesthouse to the Lippoldsberg country estate. You will spend your vacation or your company event in the former guesthouse Weserblick (over 350 m²) on a property of over 3 hectares. Privately owned since the 1980s, the property was renovated in 2015 with a lot of love for detail and converted into a complete SmartHome. The aim was to create a place for things that have no place in everyday life. Relaxation is provided: - Wellness room with ambient lighting - Sauna - tuned piano If the adrenaline rises again, you can do it through: - Pool table (0.70 cents per game) - Foosball - Darts - Table tennis - Viking Kubb -Tennis Court - and complete home theater including projector The conference room with Neuland flipchart (GraphicWall), digital display, projector and up to 45 chairs offers everything for a seminar or Jour-fix in an individual atmosphere. The kitchen also invites you to extensive breakfasts or lunches, as well as a coffee break in the French espresso corner with Nespresso. While cooking, the Philips Perfect Draft dispenser invites you to a cool blonde (6 liters €20). You can then enjoy a fine dinner in the dining room. You can sleep comfortably on the ground floor in one of the two fully equipped bedrooms. In addition to a double bed (1.60 wide and 1.80 wide), they have a wardrobe. One room also has a sofa bed. On the 2nd floor you will find an additional 5! bedrooms and two bathrooms. This increases the area of our country estate to almost 400 square meters!!! Bed linen is provided free of charge for bookings. However, since most of our guests only stay a few days, we are happy to offer a discount if you can bring your own bed linens. This helps to reduce our washing effort on the one hand, but also the environment on the other! If anything is unclear regarding the bed distribution, just give us a call! For additional people, additional air beds can easily be placed in the spacious house. Unfortunately, it is only possible to book up to 16 people on Airbnb. By arrangement, however, we can easily increase the number of guests. Or you can book our Little Landsitz, a small apartment in the same house. Just take a look. For the little guests, up to three travel beds 60 x 120, 2 toddler seats and a sandbox are of course also provided. Everything is also prepared for your company event. With a projector, flipchart, digital display and many workstations, the conference room offers everything for meetings and presentations. Wi-Fi and fiber optic connection up to 500 mbit ensure an ideal connection as a meeting location for your regular meeting. We look forward to working with a physiotherapy practice. Just contact us! Take a look at our Little Landsitz. This is located in the front part of the house, can be booked separately and can accommodate even more guests. Guest access You will receive access and a guided tour comfortably upon arrival. Please let us know your arrival time. If your arrival is delayed unexpectedly, you can also enter the house using an individual access code. Other things to note Our neighborhood is manageable compared to the big city, but unfortunately the sound spreads wonderfully in the Weser Valley. Therefore, you unfortunately have to do without loud music outside. We just don't want to upset our good neighbors! There is also a small apartment in the house, our Little Landsitz. However, this is completely separated from the main house. However, if you would like to have the entire property for yourself, we recommend the additional booking of Little Landsitz. Please forgive us if we are very cautious about bookings with only one night over a weekend, especially in the high season, but that does not mean it is impossible! We are happy to have completely switched to a heat pump. We also offer a wallbox and sauna. Due to these large consumers, we have to calculate the electricity costs realistically.
