Second floor: Spacious master and second bedrooms, spacious and bright with views of tropical jungle and swimming pool. Room Features: Air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, kitchenware, Wi-Fi, Smart TV Surrounded by mountains on three sides and tropical jungle landscape, the village provides a quiet and comfortable environment for your holiday. The village is 1 km away from the peaceful and beautiful Kamala Beach and the seaside town of Kamala. Guest access A spacious swimming pool 3.5x10m and a large garden,parking lot, 24 hours security. Other things to note 1. The house is a twin(duplex)house with swimming pool, you have one neighbor to share a larger pool with you. 2. Electricity: Electricity fee is not included in your booking, We will charge 8 baht per KWH for electricity. 3. Water : Free. 4. Wi-fi: Free. 5. Deposit: A deposit of 5000 baht is required upon check-in. Make sure there is no damage to the room upon check-out. The deposit will be refunded after deducting the electricity charge. 6. Extra cleaning: If you need extra cleaning service, we can make an appointment for you, the price is 1500 baht/time 7. The house is non-smoking, indoor smoking is not allowed. If you need to smoke, you can do it in the outdoor terrace lounge area. A fine of 5,000 baht will be charged for indoor smoking or other substances that seriously affect indoor air quality 8. Check-in and check-out time: Check-in after 3pm, Check out before 12:00 noon. 9. No pets allowed. 10.Child Cot: If you need a child cot, please inform us at least 3 days in advance.
