Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath duplex in a serene neighborhood. Whether you’re visiting the University of Idaho (just 1.2 miles away), attending an event at Washington State University (just 9.8 miles away), exploring downtown Moscow less than a mile away. Or simply passing through, this is the perfect home base. The space What to Know Before You Book: - 2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom - The deck is enclosed, while the backyard is a shared space with our family next door. Please see the section 'A Note About Us' for more details. - We have air conditioning in the family room, but not in the bedrooms. For your comfort on the occasional warm nights, we provide large box fans in each room. - We have three friendly ducks who might greet you with a little quacking during your stay. 🦆You may also see our sweet family dog in the yard when we let her out. She lives next door and loves to say hello from a distance. Please remember to keep the side gate closed after use, thank you! 🐾 - We’re all about transparency, if you have any questions or need clarification, just ask! The living room invites you to relax on a cozy down-filled couch, with a Smart TV and Roku Guest Mode for easy streaming. A small bookshelf is stocked with toys, books, and card games — perfect for families with little ones. We also provide a high chair and portable Pack ‘n Play to make traveling with young children even easier. The full kitchen has everything you need to cook meals, and the adjacent washer and dryer make longer stays extra convenient. The bathroom has been recently remodeled with a fresh, modern touch. Both bedrooms are peaceful and comfortable — ideal for recharging before your next adventure. Step outside to your private deck with comfortable chairs and a table, perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding. Nature lovers will appreciate being close to the PCEI Nature Center, and families with children will enjoy the nearby Lola Clyde Playground. The Neighborhood The duplex sits in a peaceful residential neighborhood, just off one of Moscow’s main roads — close enough for easy access, yet quiet and tucked away. Downtown Moscow is less than a mile away, the University of Idaho is just 1.2 miles away, Washington State University is 9.8 miles away, and the nearest grocery store is only 0.6 miles from the house. A Note About Us We live right next door in the other half of the duplex with our small children, who love playing in the backyard. While we regularly remind them to be kind and considerate neighbors, you may occasionally hear kid noises. The deck does not have direct access to the backyard as it’s enclosed, but guests are welcome to use the side gate if they'd like to enjoy the backyard space. Please latch the gate when you are done. While we reside in the adjacent unit with our children, we respect your privacy but are available for any assistance during your stay. Guest access You’ll have full, private access to the duplex unit. Parking is simple with ample space right out front, and you can enter easily with just two small steps and convenient keyless entry. Other things to note Down Couch — Allergy Advisory The living room features a cozy, down-filled couch — perfect for relaxing. However, if you have allergies to down or feathers, please keep this in mind. We’re happy to answer any questions and want to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Other Things to Note -No pets allowed -No smoking inside or parties -Quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. -High chair and portable Pack ‘n Play available for guest use. -For safety and security, we have an exterior security camera located by the front entry. -The deck is scheduled for future updates, but it’s ready for your use and comfort.
