Your accommodation consists of 1 bedroom, a spacious living and dining area, an XL bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a modern kitchen with a fully automatic coffee machine and all imaginable furnishings for your cooking adventure. 2 additional guests (3...+ 4th guest) can sleep on the comfortable sofa bed. The apartment has modern and highly efficient heating and air conditioning. In the living rooms and bedrooms you can control the temperature and independently of each other via the remote control. "Speed – Heating" is installed in the bathroom and kitchen. This allows you to set the temperature "when used" to your feel-good temperature. Parking/parking space: CAR up to 3.5 tons. parking on private parking spaces free of charge and availability. Guest access The entire accommodation is at your disposal.
