Clean & Cosy Family Home

Relax with the whole family! This 3 bedroom family home has everything you could ask for - comfy beds, grand piano, modern and well-stocked kitchen, lounge area and music studio, Nintendo Switch, big outdoor dining area, laundry, outdoor gym and coffee shop within walking distance. We’re a 5 minute drive from the local Woolworths and the Mihi Tavern. This is not just an Airbnb, it’s our family home recently vacated as we travel overseas. The space Newly renovated 3 bedroom house with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, dishwasher, electric stove, rice cooker, slow cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. The fridge and pantry have staples such as olive oil, salt, pepper, herbs & spices and flour & baking basics. There are plates & bowls for a party of 8. The King bed in the master bedroom is the comfiest bed you’ll ever sleep in. The other two bedrooms have a queen bed, and a single bed. Our Koala couch also turns into a double bed. All rooms (including the living room) have shade and blackout blinds. Each bedroom has built in cupboards. Some of our personal items fill one side of these cupboards but we’ve cleared plenty of space for guests and our things are packed away neatly. Our music studio is equipped with a grand piano and office for your remote working needs. The studio also has a bookcase and couch. Our neighbourhood is quiet and you can walk to the coffee shop/nursery (~10min walk). Brassall Shopping Village (Woolworths, Aldi chemist, butcher, fruit shop, subway, bottle shop) is a 5 minute drive away. This property is NOT a hotel. It is our loved and lived in family home. It’s professionally cleaned in between every guest, but if you’re looking for a pristine & empty place to stay, this isn’t it. There are toys, musical instruments, books, spare linen & towels, and some of our things packed away neatly on cupboards. We love it here and hope you will too! Guest access Self Check-in with Key Safe Other things to note Our garage is used for storage and is not available for you to park. There is plenty of room to park in the driveway, front lawn or street. Street parking in our area is free and not busy. Some of our personal belongings are packed neatly into one side of the bedroom cupboards. Wifi is a 4G Hotspot from a phone at the property. The hotspot may need to be turned back on (instructions provided at the property), but provides consistent and high speed internet that’s much better than we were able to achieve with an nbn and broadband plan 🙂 We have a dryer, but it doesn’t work very well - only really usable for a few items at a time. We use it just for baby things. Our TV is an older model and on the small side (It’s moved from our previous home which was a tiny house). It’s a smart TV with all the streaming services ready for you to login, but it does take a moment to think when you first turn it on so please be patient 🙂
