Guest access Our guests have access to the entire house and compound. With friendly neighbors and community, it is a place to look forward especially for its serenity, fresh air and farm goodies. The house includes the Sitting Room, Dining Area, Kitchen, 3 all-ensuite bedrooms plus the garden where you can have a bon-fire in the evenings. Other things to note Check our house rules before completing your reservation. General Rules » Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is anytime after 12.00pm, and check-out is by 10:00am. Please notify us if you need a special arrangement. » Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 7. No unregistered guests or visitors are permitted. » Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum at all times. » Parties or Events: Parties should end by 7.00pm and no loud music is allowed. Events or large gatherings are not allowed. » Pets: Pets are strictly NOT allowed inside the house. Cleanliness and Care » Smoking: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house. » Clean Up After Yourself: Please clean up spills, crumbs, or trash to avoid pests and maintain cleanliness. » Use Coasters and Mats: Protect furniture by using coasters for drinks and mats for hot items. » Trash: Dispose of trash in the designated bins. » Kitchen Use: Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean dishes, pots, and utensils after use. » Do not enter the house with outdoor shoes: house shoes/slippers have been provided for indoor use, kindly make use of them.
