It is located on Tower 17B, 18th Floor and is very close to the City Center, making it suitable for business travelers, families, and foreign travelers. It features several facilities such as swimming pool, gymnasium and minimart. (❌Swimming pool temporary closed until 30/09/2026) Basic amenities such as: iron, hair dryer, kettle, fridge, towels and toiletries, microwave, electric stove (no gas stove), cooking pot, water cooker, washing machine (detergent no provided) are provided. Other amenities: 55inch TV The unit setting is as follows:- 1. Master bedroom : One (1) comfort Queen size Bed with One(1) bathroom 2. Second bedroom : One (1) comfort Queen size bed *Extra (1) Single floor mattress *One(1) Shared bathroom outside Self check in: ➡️Smart doorlock. ➡️1 Car parking lot (park at any available parking lots except reserved parking). *⚠️Extra car/motorcycle will need to register with security guard (RM20/night). *Parking height limit 2.0m [ ⚠️Lost & Found / Left-Behind Items ] - Guests are responsible for taking all personal belongings with them upon check-out. We are NOT responsible for any items left behind. - Any items found will be kept for a maximum of 14 days. Guests are responsible for arranging Lalamove/Grab at their own expense. - If require our staff to assist with mailing the item, a service fee starting from RM50 will apply, depending on the size and handling requirements of the item.
