Of these, 1200 sqm are double secured with slatted fence & wire fence, 1.2 m high. Here especially dogs and their people have fun with the agility course! Your garden has the following amenities: Barrel sauna 1600 sqm garden area 1200 completely fenced – 1.2m high Direct access from the cottage Exterior with terrace Outdoor furniture Barbeque Sun umbrella Fire bowl The house is located on the outskirts, in a small village with 15 houses. It has no direct neighbors and is surrounded by old barns. They cross a small road and can walk directly. Summer swimming: Walking distance in the forest "Hegenest" is a small forest lake. This is where your dog can refresh. More details are available in the house. 2.5 km away - within walking distance - Billingsbacher See - you can swim if you want. Dogs are allowed, with respect for anglers. Bathing in the Jagst: in Bächlingen near Langenburg (about 13 km), the Jagst is a popular refreshment area - fantastic also for dogs! Above Mulfingen (about 9km) is the reservoir with a size of 20 500 m². Sunbathing area on both sides of the lake. No dogs are allowed. More tips are available in your space. One-time €35 per accompanying dog. A maximum of 5 dogs are allowed in this house. Please specify the number in your booking. The holiday property may only be occupied in the previously agreed number of people (including babies and infants). It must be agreed with the agency if additional people are in the cottage during the day. The minimum rental period is always 3 nights for all people.  The minimum rental period also applies to people who are only temporarily guests in the property. A reduction in the number of people after the conclusion of the contract does not result in a change of the rental price. The entrance to the cottage is via a key safe. The pin will be communicated by email 3 days prior to your arrival. Arrival is possible from 4 pm. Please leave by 10 am. Depending on the booking situation, you can ask for a late check-out. Use as a party location is not allowed. In the sense of the good neighborhood, a quiet night is to be held between 10 pm and 8 am. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Pets: may only be brought in agreement with the rental agency and for a fee, in the number previously specified. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, dogs are not allowed in bed, on the sofa or on the armchair. The dog droppings in the garden and around the vacation property must be collected. We ask that you vacuum before your departure to remove the animal hair (swept clean). For technical reasons, it is not allowed to charge electric cars via the power supply of the holiday property. This is not designed for this and may result in fires. For each subsequent contract change we charge €20 processing fee We reserve the right to charge a deposit of €500 for a rental to commercial customers. This will be refunded within 14 days in case of complaint-free departure. If you use the house commercially, you would have to indicate this with us.
