In the heart of the Grande Champagne, in a 17th century farmhouse, this 130 m2 accommodation can accommodate 6 people but can accommodate up to 12 people during the day (large dining room). This accommodation has all the amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi, home cinema (Netflix, Prime Video...), laundry room with washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 burners (induction, and ceramic glass), a traditional oven and a microwave oven. The floor is air-conditioned. In the heart of the Grande Champagne Cognac vineyard, you can easily enjoy the richness of the Charente heritage; Romanesque churches, banks of Charente, dolmen, visit of distilleries... or tree climbing with the children, in less than 20 minutes you can discover many quality sites, and in 20 minutes by car, you will reach the spa town of Jonzac with its Antilles, or Pons with its dungeon. On the other hand, in a little over 30 minutes, you can discover Angoulême, the capital of comics, or Saintes and its many Gallo-Roman remains. You'll be just over an hour from Bordeaux, but also less than an hour from the ocean.
