Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis – a self-contained granny flat just a 15-minute walk to beaches. Nearby are national parks, bushwalks, golf courses, and buses straight to the CBD. The studio is accessed via a private path alongside the main house and includes a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a bed that converts into a comfy double for a restful night’s sleep. The space The space is in its own building right next to our home, giving you privacy while we’re close by if you need anything. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a bright bathroom with fresh towels (including beach towels), and a spacious living area with a sofa that converts into a king-size bed.
