Forget your worries – in this cozy apartment with a private bathroom, bedroom and living room. Terrace with beautiful views is also accessible. The space The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a terraced house and has its own bathroom with shower, bedroom, living room and a small corner for cooking. A small terrace with beautiful views, a table and two chairs are also part of the rented apartment. A small electric grill and dishes are also available if needed (photo attached). Please note that you have to walk a 40 m long staircase to get out of the garage into the house (photo attached). According to Google Maps, from Kirn station there are 282 steps up to the garage of the house (by car, by bus or by e-bike it is no problem). Guest access You enter the attic apartment through the stairs of the house. The stairs are shared with the ground floor, the upper floor and the top floor. The penthouse does not have its own entrance. Other things to note I am usually home to give guests the key.
