The space The space The small (but beautifully formed!) house has a good sized and well equipped kitchen and lounge/diner with two bedrooms & one bathroom. Whilst the village of Weston under Wetherley has no pub the excellent Red Lion is just over a mile away in the adjoining village of Hunningham. There are also pubs and shops (including a Metro Sainsburys) in Cubbington - 2 miles away and in Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Warwick and Rugby. Uber and the popular takeaway apps are also available at this location. Local train stations are Leamington Spa, Coventry, Warwick Parkway and Kenilworth with direct routes to London in just over an hour. Golfers have a choice golf clubs with several within 10 - 25 minutes drive.
