Our cosy waterfront condo is situated at Inland House on the westerns shore of Crooked Lake. It is the perfect couples retreat - the studio apartment (291 sq feet) offers overstuffed furnishings, a queen bed, a kitchenette, and a full bath. The striking view of crooked lake offers a lovely sunset on clear mornings. The space The location is ideally situated five miles from historic Petoskey, three miles to Petoskey State Park, and a block to the North Western State Trail, a 32-mile hike and bike path from M-119 to Mackinaw City! The North Western State Trail connects to the Little Traverse Wheelway, a 26-mile paved path that skirts the water’s edge from Charlevoix through Bay Harbor, Petoskey and into Harbor Springs. For winter sports, Nub's Nob and the Highlands are only six miles away! Guest access We have keyless entry available. Other things to note Two guest limit No pets are permitted due to HOA rules Kayaks are available June - Sept - waiver must be filled out in advance Our slip is not generally available during the summer as we keep our boat on site. We require a three night minimum during peak times including, but not limited to: the summer season, Christmas, New Years, and other school & national holidays.
