The space Guests Staying Jan-April, please note: - The outdoor dining canopy has been taken down, and the outdoor table and benches have been moved inside the safari tent to offer a bit more cover from the winter elements. - The shepherd hut ensuite washroom area is exposed without the leaves on the trees, and can be chilly when going to the loo at night with just pyjamas on (bring warm slippers). The Shepherd Hut has a wood-burning stove, but it may be fresh in the mornings. - There's a 300m walk up a steep hill from the parking area, and the field will likely be muddy - wellies essential. There is also the possibility of some (friendly) cows in the field. - there are cattle in the neighbouring field which can be noisy at feeding time. We'll provide bedding, logs, blankets, hot water bottles and towels for hut/hot tub. If these conditions are still suitable, we'll happily prepare the hut for your arrival. It’s a bit more 'adventurous’ during the colder months, but if you don't mind embracing rural life in the winter we think you’ll love it :)
