The Central Bairnsdale Townhouse - Perfectly Located for Your Next Escape The Central Bairnsdale Townhouse is a cute and cozy place right in the heart of Bairnsdale, East Gippsland. Whether you're here for a short stay or a longer visit, our townhouse offers both comfort and convenience with everything you need just moments away. Prime Location: The townhouse is situated in a quiet yet central area, making it the perfect base for exploring Bairnsdale and the stunning Gippsland region. You'll find yourself within walking distance of the town's main street, where you'll discover a selection of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Whether you're in the mood for a relaxed coffee, a hearty meal, or some retail therapy, everything is just a few steps away. About the space: Guests ––– Maximum of 4 guests including children. Privacy ––– The townhouse is private with its own front door access, driveway, parking (side of house and out the front on the road). There is a spacious rear yard, with a door that opens to a private small balcony. Bedroom 1 ––– 1 x Queen bed; with 4 pillows, cotton sheets, doona, and additional blanket and large wardrobe with coat hangers. Bedroom 2 ––– 1 x Queen bed; with 4 pillows, cotton sheets, doona, and additional blanket and large wardrobe with coat hangers. Bathroom ––– 1 bathroom; full shower with toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Bath towels, bathmat and hand towel. Additional Toilet ––– 1 toilet; separate from the main bathroom with hand soap and handtowel. Kitchen ––– Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd come to expect incl. a refrigerator, dishwasher, and electric cooktop, oven, microwave. Other ––– Heating & Cooling: Split system in the lounge room which services the small stay. Additional portable fans and heater. Entertainment: Wifi TV with Netflix and YouTube. Our Neighbourhood ––– Nearest coffee/cafe: 3-5 min walk to Phoenix Café, Mr. D’s, The Stable’s, Northern Ground. Nearest produce: 1 min walk to Woolworths & ALDI Nearest bakery: 3 min walk to Bairnsdale Bakehouse or Jarrod’s Bakery Nearest walking track: 1 min walk to Mitchell River Loop All guests ––– Access to coffee, tea & milk is also provided as well as pantry staples like olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper as well as basic toiletries; hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Pets ––– Unfortunately at this time we’re unable to accommodate for pets, strict no pet policy currently applies. Parties ––– No additional guests allowed on the premises, no noise past 10pm, if it is deemed there was a party held an additional fee will be added. Smoking ––– Strictly NO smoking inside. Children ––– The house has two queen size beds; it is up to the guest’s discretion as to whether their children are able to sleep in these. In the case of an infant (-12mo) we don’t cater supplies so BYO everything (including porta-cot), and please message us so we know to provide an additional towel, or anything you might need.
