The art cities Ravenna, Cesena, San Marino and Gradara, as well as the beaches of Rimini and Cesenatico, are 30/40 minutes away by car. The cottage is located in a private park of 2000 square meters characterized by lush vegetation and embellished with fruit trees. In the outdoor area for guests there is a bowling green, a dining area with a large table and barbecue as well as a large parking area with a superb view over the valley from which to enjoy the sunrise over the Adriatic Sea. On the first floor there is the sleeping area with two double bedrooms and a single bedroom, equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning. The village of Roncofreddo, just 2 km away, offers essential services while a large shopping center, "Romagna center", is only 20 minutes away by car.
